ADMISSION
Admission is only available to guests who have purchased tickets for a guided tour. Your purchased ticket will specify your allocated tour time. Tours will start promptly at the specified time. Refunds are not available for late arrivals.
DURATION
Average stay at Titanic Experience is 1-1.25 hours.
TOUR LANGUAGES
Audio guides are available to guests who wish to hear the tour in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Chinese.
LOCATION
Titanic Experience Cobh is located in Casement Square in the centre of Cobh town. Getting here. The picturesque heritage town of Cobh is located just 25 minutes from Cork City Centre and can be accessed by Car, Train, Coach and Bus.
PARKING
When driving to Cobh we recommend you add 20 minutes to your journey to allow for parking. Free parking is available at the Five Foot Way Car Park approximately 1 kilometer from Cobh Town Centre. Alternatively, parking is available at Cobh Cathedral car park. Street parking in Cobh town is limited. Getting here.
GROUPS
At present, there are two coach bays available for coach parking adjacent to the front entrance of Titanic Experience. Additional information can be found on GROUP BOOKINGS.
TRAIN
Regular train services are available to Cobh town and is a great way to travel to Titanic Experience. Cobh train station is only 5 minutes walk from Titanic Experience. See Irish Rail https://www.irishrail.ie/en-ie/ for full schedule.
BUS
Cobh Connect (https://www.cobhconnect.ie/) operate regular bus services from Cork City to Cobh town.
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS
Titanic Experience and the beautiful heritage town of Cobh are located just 5 minutes walking distance from Cobh Cruise Terminal. As the demand for tickets is always high on cruise stops into Cobh, we highly recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment and remember to arrive to the centre 10 minutes prior to your allocated tour time.
ACCESSIBILITY
Titanic Experience Cobh is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams. A dedicated entrance at the centre of the front façade of the building has a lift to provide access to wheelchair users and prams.
FACILITIES
Facilities at Titanic Experience include guest toilets, wheelchair/pram access, audio translations and souvenir gift shop. There is a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars within a short walking distance of the visitor experience.
